Cancellation and Refunds by the Company
All devices sold are covered for one year warranty against manufacturing defects, as mentioned in our terms & conditions of product and services. In case of any manufacturing defects, you need to to send us the defective device and company will replace it within 15 days but money will not be refunded. We do not terminate the geolocation services if users comply with our terms and conditions. However, service can be terminated if the terms & conditions are violated or by any court order. In such cases no refund is allowed. Refund is only acceptable in case of any inaccuracies or errors in billing.
Cancellation by users
As a user, you agree and acknowledge that unless stated otherwise you are not entitled for any refund if you terminate the geolocation service prematurely before expiry of the service. However, transfer of service from one object to another is allowed against service transfer to fees. You need to give us 9 days’ notice for any such transfer. In case of recurring billing please notify us 12 days before you decide not to renew our services.
